  • With just 2 days to go before Christmas, over 78 million cases of Covid were reported worldwide and 1.7 million deaths from this pandemic. In the Philippines, 463 thousand cases were reported and just over 9 thousand people died from the virus.

  • April forces me to travel to Global City to renew my visa extension. Seen are nearly normal vehicular traffic and mask wearing jeepney passengers, but the social distancing between the riders is non-existent as drivers continue to struggle to earn a living under sagging economic conditions that has only begun to vaccinate Filipinos.
