People work and people eat. It is always amazing (for me) when I see sidewalk grills set up with strips of meat or BBQ on a stick, with the fragrant fog of the seared smoked meat rising up to attack the nostrils of the pedestrians that pass by. Hopefully, for the person doing the cooking, it entices you to sample his fare of the day. I think these fast food pit stops are strategically placed well travelled intersections, highway on ramps and taxi stands, which sometimes raises questions about what smoke is one really inhaling..
